1. General

1.1 The following general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order via our website When an order has been placed, an agreement is drawn up between you and A&M Nordic corporate identity number 559118-7439, the owners of

1.2 Orders are sent from our central warehouse and remain the property of A&M Nordic AB until they are fully paid.

1.3 These terms of purchase can only be approved by an adult or a minor with the consent of the guardian. To be able to register your vehicle with the Swedish Transport Agency, we also need your social security number and you approve this by accepting the terms of purchase before you place an order.

1.4 We have the right to change an order in the event that there is no availability and we disclaim any errors in images or for example in texts on the website, errors in product descriptions, technical specifications or incorrect prices.

1.5 All images and information appearing on this, as well as content are owned by A&M Nordic AB. Trademarks, images, graphics, product information or other content may not be used without our consent.

2. Prices and payment

2.1 All prices are stated in Swedish kronor incl. VAT and excl. shipping. We reserve the right to cancel orders where we have made obvious typos in prices.

2.2 You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, as well as an invoice. You can also pay with Klarna. In the case of direct payment to our bankgiro, the payment is divided into two parts where there is first an advance payment that must be paid for the product to be shipped and then a final payment when the product arrives at the customer.

3. Refund

3.1 In the event of a refund, the amount must be in the customer’s bank account within 14 days of the return being registered.

4. Transport damage

4.1 Damaged goods must be reported to the carrier and also to us. When discovering damaged packaging, ask the driver to make a written note on the consignment note. Damage discovered after the customer has opened the packaging must be reported to us within 2 days.

5. Right of withdrawal and return

5.1 As a customer, you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days provided that the product is in an unchanged condition. We also offer customers a 10-day trial period with the electric moped. You as a customer have the right to return the electric moped within 10 days if you have not ridden more than 60km, have all packaging so that it can be returned in original packaging and that the electric moped is not damaged beyond normal wear and tear. When returning an electric moped, a fee of SEK 1,000 will be added for the shipping back to the warehouse. For electric bicycles, there is a fee of 750 SEK for shipping back to the warehouse.
The return must be made within 30 days of the customer requesting to return the product.

6. Warranty and return

6.1 The product warranty only covers original factory defects and not defects that occur in connection with, or after a change in the product’s function and appearance, e.g. remodeling, upgrading or other configuration of the product. Your order confirmation is your proof of warranty. Different products have different warranty periods. Warranties for our various vehicles only apply if all service, maintenance and repair required according to the user manual and service plan is performed by a workshop and a receipt is available.

6.2 Your right to report non-compliance covers products that are defective under applicable consumer protection legislation. Customers who want to claim factory defects in ordered products must contact us as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered via the contact information on the website. Notifications of non-compliance given within two months of you discovering the defect are always considered to have been submitted on time. You have a three-year right to report non-compliance for products purchased on the site. You should always report a deviation as soon as possible to make sure that you do not lose your rights.

6.3 Once a product has been returned and the non-conformity notice has been approved, we will compensate you in accordance with the terms of the applicable consumer protection legislation. We try to do this within 30 days of receiving the discrepancy notice, but it may take longer, depending on the product type. We reserve the right to reject a non-conformity notice if it turns out that the product is not defective under the terms of the applicable consumer protection legislation. 6.4 We pay the cost of repairs of approved warranty defects. The workshop where you take your vehicle must contact us before carrying out any repairs. We do not pay the cost of repairs performed without our approval. You are responsible for finding a local workshop and booking your vehicle. You are also responsible for taking your vehicle to a repair shop and for retrieving it afterwards.

6.5 We offer a two-year warranty on our motor vehicles, such as mopeds and electric bicycles, with the exception of electric scooters that have a one-year warranty. Please note that the warranty for batteries is one year. Read more below. The two-year warranty we provide covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not include installation or adjustment measures that may be required for installation or in connection with service or wear on consumables such as batteries, tires, brake pads, wires, lamps or other normal wear.

A battery is a consumable item and is subject to a one-year warranty. To ensure maximum battery life, it is important to follow the maintenance advice available on our support page or in the manual. Do not forget that a battery needs maintenance recharging if the vehicle is not used regularly or if you drive less than 10 km each time you start it. If the battery capacity falls below 80% during the guarantee year, it is a guarantee matter, anything over 80% during the first year is within tolerance.

Accessories are subject to a one-year warranty.

Spare parts are subject to a one-year warranty, with the exception of wear parts and working hours at workshops, which are subject to a three-month warranty. The warranty for batteries is three months, except for batteries for electric bicycles, which have a one-year warranty.

The guarantee does not cover:

Faults or damage caused by incorrect use of the product, incorrect installation / adjustment / settings or insufficient maintenance and service.
