Common Questions

Easy! You just take out the battery and charge it at home in the wall socket like a regular computer or smartphone! You can also charge directly in the electric moped if you have access to it.

Usually you will go about 40 km before you have to give your battery a little more love! But there are several factors that can affect the range such as a lot of uphill skiing, high load weight or cold temperature.

If your battery is completely discharged, it takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge it again. If you do not use the battery for a long period, it is recommended to charge it for two hours over two months to maintain the battery cells.

Yes it is recommended to maintain the battery when you are not using it for extended periods to maximize its life. You do this by charging for an hour every month so you keep the cells alive. Too long without charging and the cells risk taking damage. In combination with this, it is also recommended to store the battery at room temperature.

No, you do not need to assemble the electric moped. The only thing that needs to be put on are the rear-view mirrors that you can easily screw on without any tools!

Of course you can return if you are no longer sold on an electric moped. You can return within 10 days even if you have driven with it as long as you have the packaging for repackaging. In addition, the customer must be responsible for the delivery back to the warehouse, which is about 150€.

You probably have the brake in while you turn the throttle. The brakes have a safety catch which means that you can never accelerate while braking. If this is not the case, you may have turned off the throttle on the red “switch” on the throttle.
